WHAT’S INCLUDED

What a proper pressure wash actually involves

Most quotes say the same three words. Here is what actually happens on your driveway.

A pre-treat, not just water

Algae, oil and stains get treated first. Pressure alone just moves grime around.

A surface cleaner, not a wand

Flat, even passes — what stops the zebra striping you see on a lot of driveways.

The right pressure for the surface

Concrete, pavers, aggregate and brick each get their own pressure setting.

Edges and corners by hand

Edges, thresholds and tight corners done by hand, so the finish is even throughout.

A full rinse down

Everything I lift gets rinsed off the property — no grey film drying on your lawn.

Nothing left behind

Hoses coiled, furniture back, and a walk-through before I leave.

PRESSURE WASHING QUESTIONS

Pressure washing questions I get asked

How much does pressure washing cost?

+

Depends on square footage, surface and how long it has been. Quotes are free — send me the address and I can get you close.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?

+

Not when the pressure matches the surface. Damage comes from a turbo nozzle held too close, not from pressure washing itself.

How often should a driveway be cleaned around here?

+

Every one to two years here. Western Washington gets enough rain and shade that algae comes back faster than most places.

Do you use bleach on concrete?

+

Not as the main tool. Concrete is cleaned mechanically with a surface cleaner, plus a pre-treat where the staining needs it.

Do you use my water and power?

+

Your outside spigot, which is standard for this work and barely shows on a bill. The machine runs on its own fuel.

How long does a driveway take?

+

Most single driveways take a couple of hours including the pre-treat and rinse. Heavy staining takes longer.

Will the green come back?

+

Eventually — that is the climate. A proper clean with a pre-treat slows it down a lot compared to water alone.
