Hi, I’m Kole, the owner and operator of Peterson Property Services. I started PPS as a student, and over the last 5 years I’ve grown it into a 5-star business that has cleaned more than 100 local homes across Snohomish and King County.
When you hire PPS, you get me. I show up, I do the work myself, and I treat every property like it is my own, because my name and reputation are on every job. That is why so many of my customers call me back and tell their neighbors.
I take pride in doing things the right way: the safe brush-and-powder method on roofs, a gentle soft wash on siding, and honest, no-pressure quotes every time. If your home’s exterior needs some love, I would be glad to help.

I started young, and never stopped
I’ve been running this business since middle school. What started as a kid with a pressure washer and a few neighbors’ driveways grew into a real, 5-star company that has cleaned over 100 homes. Five years later I still do every job myself, with the same pride I had on day one.
HOW I WORK
No two days look the same
Some weeks I’m behind the pressure washer from morning to night. Others I’m knocking on doors, writing quotes in driveways, or putting together the next ad. I handle the marketing, the scheduling, the quoting, and the actual work myself — no office, no subcontractors, no one else’s name on the job but mine. That’s on purpose. It’s the only way I know how to make sure every property gets treated right.
