My Story

Hi, I’m Kole Peterson, the owner and operator of Peterson Property Services. I started this business as a student with one goal — to bring professional-level exterior cleaning to local homeowners at fair, honest pricing. What began as a small wet way to make money has grown into a trusted local service, building relationships with my clients. Serving from Arlington to Bellevue and everywhere in between. I’ve completed over 100 jobs, from driveways and siding to gutters and windows, all with the same focus: quality, reliability, and care.

I treat every home as if it were my own. That means clear communication, punctuality, and always standing behind my work. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right. I’m proud to be student-run, offering the same standards you’d expect from any professional company — just with more personal attention and accountability.

Outside of Work

When I’m not out cleaning homes, I’m usually training in no-gi jiu-jitsu, working on new business ideas, or learning more about equipment and marketing to keep improving what I do. I’m currently a high school student in Snohomish County, balancing studies, sports, and running my business. My goal is to keep growing Peterson Property Services into a trusted local name that homeowners can rely on year after year. As I grow Peterson Property Services, my goal is to build long-term relationships with customers and turn this into a full-time business that represents quality work and local trust.
